Trillium, a provider of vacuum system solutions for semiconductor and industrial applications, seeks a proactive SHEQ Coordinator for its Hamburg, New Jersey site. You will develop, implement, and sustain safety, health, and environmental programs, conduct inspections and training, and manage documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

You will lead investigations into incidents, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with site management to integrate SHEQ throughout daily

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in safety, preferably multi-location.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software/tools.

Aufgaben

• Implement SHEQ policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Develop and deliver safety training for all levels of staff.
• Lead investigations into incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records for SHEQ activities including reports and permits.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate SHEQ program effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety in operations.
