Job summary

Crowder-Constructors-Inc is seeking a Safety & Health Coordinator to support multiple projects with a strong emphasis on safety program maintenance, incident investigations, and contractor coordination.

The role requires OSHA 510 certification, root cause analysis training, and First Aid/CPR certification, with a preference for candidates holding an HSE-related degree or equivalent experience. A comprehensive benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• Completed OSHA 510 course.
• Completed formal training in root cause analysis investigation.
• Current certification for First Aid and CPR.
• Meets at least one of: college degree in HSE field or professional certification relating to HSE or substantial related experience.
• Maintain procedural knowledge on regulatory compliance standards and practices.
• Specialized instruction in safety-related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safety trainings and orientations for new hires.
• Assist in maintaining and auditing the Safety Program across projects.
• Conduct or supervise incident investigations (injuries, near misses, property damage).
• Manage safety equipment inventory and ensure proper calibration and use.
• Support risk management and collaboration with project teams and client meetings.
