Job summary

Crowder Construction Co. is seeking a Safety & Health Coordinator to support our Division and Corporate Safety & Health Directors in maintaining the company Safety Program and protecting workers, clients, and the public.

The role provides Health, Safety and Environmental support across projects, conducts hazard identification, coordinates trainings, and collaborates with field teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed OSHA 510 course.
• Formal training in root cause analysis investigation.
• Current certification for First Aid and CPR.
• College degree in HSE related field or professional HSE certification.
• Proficient in MS Office and safety-related software.

Responsibilities

• Support Division and Corporate Safety & Health Directors to maintain the Safety Program.
• Provide Health, Safety and Environmental support to multiple projects.
• Identify hazards and ensure mitigation.
• Facilitate safety trainings and orientations for new hires.
• Conduct safety audits and incident investigations.
• Manage PPE inventory and safety equipment maintenance.
