Crowder Construction Co is seeking a Health, Safety and Environmental Coordinator to support the safety program across multiple projects. You will help identify hazards, coordinate trainings, and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

The role requires strong collaboration with project teams and site leadership. Responsibilities include conducting audits, investigating incidents, maintaining PPE inventory, and mentoring staff on safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Completed OSHA 510 course.
• Completed formal training in root cause analysis investigation.
• Current certification for First Aid and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Assist Safety Directors in maintaining the Company's Safety Program.
• Provide Health, Safety and Environmental support to projects.
• Identify hazardous workplace conditions and ensure mitigation.
• Coordinate safety training and audits as needed.
• Support incident investigations (injuries, near-misses, property damage).
• Manage safety equipment and PPE inventory.
