Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Minnesota seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional to lead and maintain programs ensuring OSHA and EPA compliance while supporting ISO 14001 and OHSAS/ISO 45001. You will partner with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to identify risks and implement improvements.

You will develop policies, conduct safety and industrial hygiene assessments, lead training, and advise leadership on regulatory matters and continuous improvement across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain EHS programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations while supporting ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and facilities teams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement controls.
• Develop, implement, and improve EHS policies, procedures, and site-wide programs for regulatory excellence across the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct safety and industrial hygiene assessments, analyze trends, and provide actionable recommendations to address workplace hazards and compliance risks.
• Lead EHS training strategy and delivery, ensuring employees are equipped to work safely and effectively.
• Serve as the site's EHS subject matter expert, guiding leadership on regulatory compliance, facility design, equipment purchases, safety investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Lead and maintain environmental, health, and safety(EHS) programs to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicablefederal, state, and local regulations while supporting ISO 14001 andOHSAS/ISO 45001 management systems.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and facilitiesteams to identify risks, investigate incidents, and implement engineeringcontrols and process improvements that reduce workplace injuries,illnesses, and environmental impacts.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHSpolicies, procedures, and site-wide programs to foster a strong culture ofsafety and regulatory excellence across the manufacturing facility.
• Conduct safety and industrial hygiene assessments,analyze trends, evaluate sampling results, and provide actionablerecommendations to proactively address workplace hazards and compliancerisks.
• Lead EHS training strategy and delivery, identifyingorganizational training needs and ensuring employees are equipped with theknowledge and tools necessary to work safely and effectively.
• Serve as the site's EHS subject matter expert,providing guidance to leadership on regulatory compliance, facilitydesign, equipment purchases, safety investigations, and continuousimprovement initiatives.
