Job summary

Henkel Corporation's Adhesive Technologies unit is seeking a site safety leader to drive SHE programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, and to foster a proactive safety culture at the Bay Point facility.

You will conduct risk assessments, audits, and environmental inspections, investigate incidents, and partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership to embed safety into daily activities while supporting OSHA initiatives and environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SHE programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform risk assessments, audits, and environmental inspections to drive corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement preventive measures.
• Support OSHA compliance, hazardous waste, and air/wastewater/stormwater programs.
• Partner with operations and maintenance to embed safety in daily work and culture.
• Analyze SHE metrics and support training, audits, and continuous improvement.

What you´ll do

• Lead and support site safety, health, and environmental (SHE) programs, ensuring alignment with
  regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental inspections to identify hazards, drive
  corrective actions, and improve overall site performance.
• Investigate safety and environmental incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive
  measures to reduce future risk.
• Support compliance initiatives related to OSHA requirements, hazardous waste management, air emissions, wastewater, stormwater, and other environmental programs.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to integrate safety requirements into daily work activities and foster a strong safety culture.
• Analyze SHE performance metrics, support employee training programs, and participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
