Taghleef Industries, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator at Brown Ave in Indiana. This full-time role moves rolls of film within a clean warehouse using sit-down forklifts, in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. You will load and unload shipments, prepare products for dispatch, maintain inventory records, and perform daily equipment inspections as part of a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of warehouse and forklift experience.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within first 30 days.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work 10–12 hours.
• Able to climb in/out of forklift and walk long distances.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using forklifts or power equipment (80% of shift).
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact counts.
• Maintain inventory records and relabel pallets as needed.
• Repair broken pallets as necessary.
• Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
