Job summary

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis to operate forklifts, load and unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment. You will perform daily inspections, help with inventory, and support training for new staff in quality control and inventory systems.

The role requires prompt attendance, ability to follow directions, and willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• One year of forklift experience preferred.
• Must be able to come to work promptly and regularly.
• Ability to follow directions and work with others.
• Willingness to complete OSHA Forklift Certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts in a safe manner.
• Wear seat belts during forklift operation at all times.
• Ensure forklift is maintained in a safe and efficient operating condition (daily/weekly inspections).
• Load and unload trucks/trailers safely and using proper procedures.
• Maintain access to dock doors and keep warehouse orderly.
