Job summary

Oldcastle is seeking a Production Supervisor for our Napoleon, OH facility. You will lead a manufacturing team of 10–20 employees to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals while driving continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize operations and control costs. A background in manufacturing and a commitment to an incident-free workplace are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a manufacturing production team to meet productivity, safety and quality goals.
• Ensure a safe workplace with a safety mindset across the operation.
• Hire, schedule and supervise full-time and temporary staff.
• Provide coaching and corrective feedback and administer disciplinary processes as needed.
• Perform regular reviews and develop team members.
