Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, INC. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team of 10–20 people, driving safety, productivity, and quality in our Valdosta, GA facility.

You will provide direction, support continuous improvement, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to reduce waste and control costs. The role requires 5+ years of supervisory experience in industrial manufacturing, strong leadership in safety and environmental compliance, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading a team in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in safety & environmental compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to coach, develop and build a strong team of employees.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe workplace and safety mindset across the team.
• Hires, schedules, and supervises full-time and temporary staff.
• Provides coaching and timely feedback; administers disciplinary actions.
• Performs quarterly and annual reviews for all team members.
• Oversees process documentation, training, and quality control.
