Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safety is paramount; all tasks must be performed in a safe manner, with PPE and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Participation in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting is essential.
• Foster a team-oriented attitude while consistently meeting productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot issues related to quality or productivity for the team or machinery.
• Maintain strong communication and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Multi-task with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
• Adjust machinery as needed and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders, and Senior Process Engineers; perform 5S housekeeping duties.
• Obtain and maintain three certifications and train others as needed.
• Adhere to departmental rules, regulations, and procedures; perform other duties as assigned.
