Responsibilities

• Safety is paramount; all tasks must be performed in a safe manner, with PPE and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Participation in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting is essential.
• Foster a team-oriented attitude and consistently meet productivity standards.
• Complete the required documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues with the team or machinery.
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
• Multi-task with minimal supervision while paying attention to detail.
• Adjust machinery as necessary and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders, and Senior Process Engineers; perform 5S and housekeeping duties.
