Job summary

Magnera's Mooresville Plant is seeking Production Line Operators to work 12-hour shifts 4 day/nights on 4 day/nights off (6:30 to 19:00 or 18:30 to 7:00). Entry level and experienced roles, with pay based on experience; sign-on and retention bonuses may apply.

You will operate production equipment, follow safety and quality standards, keep a clean workspace, and document production data while collaborating to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required or commonly expected.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Safety, quality, and detail are essential in this role.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Overtime availability and adherence to shift schedules.

• Experience working in a team‑based environment
