• Ensure 5's Activities are being implemented and monitored.

• Balance safety, quality, morale, and productivity to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Ensure that quality finished goods are being built and that they meet the customer’s quality specifications in a safe and efficient manner.
• Team members must follow established policies and procedures.
• Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes.
• Be constructive in feedback and instructions.
• Communicate and work effectively with direct reports, peers, and management.
• Make sure all process sheets are filled out daily: Start up checklist, In-Process Inspection Sheets, Feeder Logs
• Work stations are cleaned before your shift is over
