Job summary

Midway Products Group, INC is seeking a Production Team Member in Ohio to support operation of production machinery, perform changeovers, maintenance, and housekeeping as part of a collaborative team.

You will participate in councils or task forces, follow safety rules, document production data, and assist in training teammates. The role is fully integrated across the plant and requires flexibility to move between areas.

Qualifications

• High School / GED is preferred.
• Computer literacy preferred.
• Able to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality parts meeting internal and external expectations using QC techniques and gauges.
• Meet or exceed efficiency goals and MOS metrics.
• Set up and operate machinery safely per procedures.
• Adhere to safety regulations and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Rotational, cross-functional work across all processes in the department.
