Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Production Worker for the Southside - Coldwater, OH area. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficiency, with responsibilities to load tubes, weigh and move containers, and assist in shipping, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enforcement of Safety policy
• Make sure Quality parts are being made, stop production if defective or unsafe parts or conditions appear
• Load tubes into hoppers
• Weigh, label, and move full containers to shipping rows
• Bring empty containers to operators as needed
• Bring components/containers/etc. to benders/welders
• Help with shipping/receiving if needed
• Empty wood bundling hopper and scrap hoppers during shift
• Ensure 5's activities are being implemented and monitored
• Assist in the problem solving and continuous improvement processes
• Work overtime with little or no notice
• Communicate and work effectively with direct reports, peers, and management
• All other duties as assigned by your Team Leader / Supervisor / Manager
