Misfits Market, a mission-driven grocery delivery startup, seeks a Production Supervisor to support the Production Manager in day-to-day operations at our fulfillment center. You will lead a front-line team, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with other departments to meet KPIs and operational goals.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Experience with production, inventory, receiving, prep, or quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safety-First culture in the Fulfillment Center and meet OSHA/GMP/HACCP standards.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and implement improvements.
• Foster transparent communication across departments and drive operational excellence.
• Lead safety trainings and inspections to ensure a secure workplace.
• Optimize resource allocation (manpower/equipment) to meet demand.
• Coach front-line staff and drive continuous improvement and accountability.
