BURNCO Texas, LLC in Celina, Texas is hiring Ready-Mix Drivers to safely operate a ready-mix truck and deliver concrete to construction sites. You will maintain equipment, perform daily checks, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Two years of ready-mix experience or one year of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including Saturdays.
• Must pass PSP, MVR, background check, pre-employment drug test, and DOT physical assessment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain truck cleanliness inside and out.
• Promptly report any minor mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment around the plant and job sites.
• Follow all policies and regulatory requirements including DOT standards.
• Complete required paperwork such as DVIRs and work orders on time.
• Escalate safety or operational concerns to the supervisor.
• Crosstrain in other areas as needed to support team operations.
