Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Two years of ready-mix experience or one year of commercial driving experience.
• Possession of a valid CDL.
• Consistent, reliable attendance with the flexibility to work irregular hours, including Saturdays.
• FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse registration is required for all CDL drivers.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment.
• Perform daily maintenance checks and maintain truck cleanliness inside and out.
• Promptly report any minor mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment around the plant and job sites.
• Follow all policies and regulations, including DOT and company driving standards.
• Complete required paperwork such as pre-trip and post-trip inspections and work orders accurately and on time.
• Communicate safety or operational concerns to the supervisor.
