Job summary

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching, planning operations, supervising sortation, and driving performance improvements while maintaining safety standards and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Six months experience in a fast-paced environment or supervisory role.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or 2+ years of college.

Responsibilities

• Hire, terminate, coach, train, recognize and reward staff; evaluate performance and address concerns.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign and manage employees for safe, efficient sortation and movement of trailers.
• Analyze operational performance and implement improvement actions.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals; speak to audiences.
