The role supports a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff through detailed cleaning practices and safe chemical handling. The ideal candidate will have commercial cleaning experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety practices, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to deliver professional, courteous customer service to tenants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, offices, conference rooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard surfaces and sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling, dust surfaces and clean interior glass.
• Maintain breakrooms and tenant amenity areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Follow OSHA, SDS and company safety guidelines; use PPE as required.
