Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, offices, conference rooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors; sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling; dust surfaces and glass; maintain breakrooms and amenities.
• Safely use and store cleaning chemicals; wear PPE and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly; provide courteous service to tenants and staff.
