Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment and safety procedures.
• Ability to deliver professional, courteous customer service to tenants and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobbies, offices, conference rooms, corridors, elevators, stairwells and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard surfaces and sanitize restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling, dust surfaces and clean interior glass.
• Maintain breakrooms and tenant amenity areas; report maintenance concerns.
• Follow OSHA, SDS and company safety guidelines; use PPE as required.
