• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and ledges; clean interior glass and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain breakrooms and tenant amenity areas; safely store cleaning chemicals and follow PPE guidelines.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns or hazards; deliver courteous customer service to tenants and staff.
