Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and staff to ensure safe, efficient sortation of packages.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and coach staff; administer discipline as needed.
• Coordinate with linehaul and other departments to optimize workflow.
• Drive safety initiatives and compliance with FedEx policies and regulations.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate where appropriate.
• Mentor new Operations Supervisors and adapt to changing business needs.
