Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is hiring a Class B CDL Operator to join our safety-focused team. You will operate vacuum and hydroblasting equipment, supervise and complete single-task jobs, and coordinate with clients to meet site requirements and safety policies.

This role requires a Class B CDL, strong safety awareness, and the ability to perform inspections, maintenance, and basic field logistics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Class B CDL required.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements preferred.
• Ability to read safety instructions in English.
• TWIC may be required.
• Experience operating a vacuum truck.
• Knowledge of wet/dry vacuum equipment operation.
• Smartphone usage for ELD.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies and client needs.
• Hands-on operation of vacuum and hydroblasting equipment.
• Operate specialized equipment like Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
• Perform pre/post trip inspections and comply with DOT rules.
• May direct a crew of vacuum technicians.
• Transport equipment and personnel to job sites.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Load/unload hoses and manage field logistics.
