Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required
• CPR Certified
• Five years’ industry experience
• Three years in occupational health and safety
• Knowledge of OSHA standards
• Strong writing and editing skills

Responsibilities

• Implement safety plans and supporting documentation
• Communicate safety issues and standards
• Coordinate safety initiatives for Yates and projects
• Safety reporting and analysis against targets
• Health programs including fitness for and return to work
• Safety training and onboarding
• Incident classification, notification, investigation, and close out of actions
• Assist with administering the site safety program and OSHA compliance
• Attend safety meetings and contribute to improvements
