Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or applicable experience.
• 4+ years of technical experience in safety management support functions.
• Experience with Government contracting terminology and requirements.
• Knowledge of safety/environmental regulations and requirements for project locations.
• Experience in accident investigation and reporting principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety management for ALMS and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform safety audits and maintain organized records of reports and findings.
• Investigate employee accidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Support occupational health processes and maintain updated employee work status.
• Develop job safety analyses (JSAs) to support restricted duty work and SOPs.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure safe, timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with 29 CFR 1910/1926 and applicable state standards.
