Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in occupational safety, environmental health, construction management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in construction or EHS preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety within 3 months of hire required.
• First Aid/CPR within 3 months of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Supports safety and environmental programs by conducting basic inspections and documenting observations.
• Assists with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and pre-task planning and toolbox talks.
• Tracks corrective actions and follows up on closure.
• Maintains PPE inventories and distributes materials.
• Supports incident reporting, data entry, and trend tracking.
• Coordinates training schedules and attendance records.
• Supports basic environmental compliance tasks (e.g., waste labeling, spill kits).
