Henkel is seeking a Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) professional for the Bay Point, CA site. The role focuses on leading safety, health, and environmental programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a strong safety culture across operations.

You will conduct risk assessments, environmental inspections, and root cause analyses, while implementing corrective actions. Collaboration with maintenance and leadership is essential to drive continuous improvement and OSHA alignment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience in ISO 14001/45001 management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site safety, health, and environmental programs.
• Conduct risk assessments and environmental inspections.
• Investigate incidents and perform root cause analyses.
• Support OSHA compliance initiatives and waste management.
• Work with operations to integrate safety into daily activities.
• Analyze SHE metrics and support audits and improvements.
