Required are 2+ years in construction safety and an undergraduate safety degree with training in crane, fall protection, and other safety measures. The role emphasizes proactive hazard mitigation and collaboration with subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction safety experience or related trade experience.
• Ability to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Proof of training in crane, fall protection, excavation, scaffolds, and heavy equipment safety.
• Strength in managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: motivated, results-oriented, ethical, collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Clark safety culture on a project.
• Oversee safety of employees, trade partners, and the public.
• Enforce safety programs and local/federal standards.
• Lead the review of specialized safety plans (crane, confined space, JAA).
• Partner with subcontractors to ensure timely documentation.
• Identify exposures and recommend corrective action.
• Coordinate and implement project-specific safety programs.
• Partner with field supervision to include hazard mitigation in planning.
• Develop site-specific safety education for personnel and subcontractors.
• Drive a safety vision and ensure a safe workplace for all.
