Leslie’s Isle of Wight Limited seeks a Safety Manager to lead all EHS programs at Stellar Manufacturing in Illinois. You will ensure regulatory compliance, partner with operations, and drive a proactive safety culture across the site.

The role requires 3–5+ years in manufacturing safety, CSP/CHMM/OSHA 30 preferred, strong knowledge of OSHA rules, and the ability to influence teams. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing safety or EHS roles.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, CHMM, or OSHA 30 strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard control methods, and industrial safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership — Develop and integrate a comprehensive safety strategy embedding safe behaviors and accountability.
• EHS Management System — Oversee development and improvement of the facility’s EHS management system and compliance reporting.
• Process Safety & Standardization — Maintain standardized safety processes including SOPs, hazard assessments, and lockout/tagout.
