Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in safety or EHS-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year in an EHS-related field or 6 months safety role within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential workplace information.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs with data-driven strategies, daily audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Provide associate advocacy and cultural leadership to embed safety in daily operations.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates and leadership.
• Act as safety advisor, communicating across levels to drive behavior change.
• Support emergency response and site safety activities.
