Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 1 year in an environmental Health & Safety (EHS) related field OR a bachelor's degree in EHS-related background OR 6 months experience in a safety-related role within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security and/or personal issues in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies, leading daily safety audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
• Champion associate advocacy and cultural leadership, building partnerships across levels and turning safety data into actionable insights.
• Assist emergency response and maintain safety operations at the site.
