Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. is seeking a Yard Loader to safely load/unload deliveries and support yard operations. You will interact with drivers and customers, ensuring accurate handling and safe practices while following a 40+ hour/week schedule, including weekends.

Tasks include operating forklifts, performing inspections, and maintaining inventory accuracy. A proactive, safety-first mindset and good customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred warehouse, industrial or manufacturing experience.
• Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Embrace a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Maintain a safe working environment with PPE.
• Safely operate a forklift and perform preventative maintenance on forklifts and other equipment.
• Conduct final visual inspections and label finished goods to ensure quality.
• Provide strong customer service when loading/unloading deliveries and minimize errors.
• Rotate products properly and track inventory levels.
• Learn and stay current on pipe specs and packaging requirements.
• Pursue continuous improvement in process and housekeeping.
• Invest in career growth through ADS training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
