Job summary

Patriot Erectors in Texas is seeking an experienced Fitter/Fabricator to assemble and fit structural frames, beams and columns, reading blueprints and shop drawings to ensure precise layouts. You will work closely with the Shop Superintendent to maintain quality production and safety standards on demanding projects.

We require extensive fitting/fabricating experience, a high school diploma or GED with training, and current welding and OSHA certifications.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fitting and fabricating.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Current welding and OSHA certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit structural frames, bridge parts, beams and columns.
• Read and interpret blueprints to plan fitting operations.
• Layout and fit detail parts accurately.
• Verify the accuracy of fit-ups before inspection.
