Job summary

Pike Corporation is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead a crew in building and repairing overhead distribution systems. You will work on energized and de‑energized lines, travel to multiple job sites, and report to the General Foreman.

The role requires five years of overhead line experience, a CDL, and willingness to travel and work out of hours. Training and leadership of junior crew members are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years of recent overhead line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Word and Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee project quality and ensure completion deadlines.
• Install and repair overhead power lines, poles, insulators and hardware.
• Perform live-line work using gloving and hot-stick techniques.
• Operate and maintain bucket trucks, digger derricks, tensioners and pullers.
