You will supervise hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with government regulations; you’ll analyze performance data, conduct briefings, and develop safety strategies to continuously improve operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff to ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Lead meetings and communicate daily goals; provide clear direction to teams and assign tasks.
• Train new staff on duties, performance expectations, and compliance with FXG policies and safety requirements.
• Develop and administer safety strategies and programs; investigate and resolve issues as needed.
