Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required;Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In lieu of experience, certification program or Associate's Degree in related area or 2+ years of college courses towards a degree
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and assigned staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Manage administrative processes and staff performance.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control daily operations.
• Lead meetings to communicate updates and goals.
• Coach and train new employees on duties and safety.
• Ensure compliance with FXG policies and regulations.
• Mentor less-experienced supervisors and staff.
