Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in aluminum or manufacturing.
• Recognized electro-mechanical certification.
• Experience in maintenance planning and supervising a team.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient with maintenance management software.

Responsibilities

• Promote and steward safety culture and core values.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring timely and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues, and perform necessary repairs.
• Coordinate and communicate with vendors for equipment and facility maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and repairs performed.
