Job summary

Clearsite Industrial Services is a leading provider of hydrovac, vacuum excavation, and industrial services in Pennsylvania and beyond. The Foreman will lead field crews, coordinate equipment and schedules, and serve as the main contact between customers, field teams, and management.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong safety practices, the ability to manage field operations, and the flexibility to travel as needed to support projects.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field crews in industrial settings.
• Direct communication with customers and management as primary field contact.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling job documentation for field projects.
• Valid driver's license required; TWIC or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• HAZWOPER and Confined Space training certifications preferred.
• Ability to perform hands-on field tasks including lifting, kneeling, confined-space entry, respirator use.
• Willingness to travel based on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily industrial field service operations, ensuring safety and alignment with customer expectations.
• Coordinate field crews, daily schedules, and equipment assignments.
• Serve as primary field contact for customers and management, providing updates and resolving issues.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Inspect equipment and worksites, address hazards to prevent accidents or downtime.
• Operate company vehicles in compliance with DOT requirements.
• Provide hands-on guidance to crew members to meet client requirements.
• Support field operations including project documentation and reconciliation.
