Job summary

Worley Group, Inc is seeking a General Foreperson to lead industrial construction/maintenance crews and ensure safe, productive execution of assigned work. The role requires coordinating materials, drawings, and equipment under the direction of the supervisor to meet project goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of field experience, supervisory capabilities preferred, and a focus on safety and process improvement. OSHA 30 is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 should be preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs.
• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity, and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method.
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance, and training to all assigned employees.
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information.
• Additional responsibilities not listed may be required.
