Transdev is seeking a Bus Driver/Operator to ensure safe, reliable transportation for passengers on assigned routes. You will maintain professional service, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and adhere to DOT and company safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years driving experience, excellent communication, and flexibility to work shifts. This full-time role requires a commitment to passenger safety and high service quality.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• DOT drug testing and medical exam may apply.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations: follow routes and schedules while complying with safety rules.
• Passenger care: assist passengers with boarding and disembarkation for a comfortable ride.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts and comply with regulations.
• Other duties as required
