Transdev is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver in Eden Prairie, MN to ensure safe, reliable transportation for riders on our SouthWest Transit route. You will follow schedules, assist passengers, and maintain vehicle readiness to uphold top service standards.

The role requires 21+ years old, 3+ years driving, strong communication skills, and availability for varied shifts. Pre-employment DOT drug testing is required, along with a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Safety-Focused Operations: Follow routes and schedules with strict safety protocols.
• Passenger Care: Assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, report maintenance needs, keep vehicle clean and equipped.
• Adherence to Protocols: Enforce seat belts and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Other duties as required
