Qualifikationen

• Experience leading safety-critical programs in autonomous systems or related domains.
• Knowledge of hazard analysis and risk assessment (HARA).
• Familiarity with safety cases, verification, and validation planning.
• Experience aligning engineering execution with safety objectives.

• Lead planning and execution of safety-critical initiatives across the autonomous lifecycle.
• Maintain traceability between hazards, safety requirements, system requirements, and verification evidence.
• Coordinate cross-functional safety activities and safety case development.
