Bedrock Robotics is seeking a Safety Technical Program Manager to establish the execution structure that enables rapid autonomy capability rollouts with safety rigor. You will own program execution for safety, systems engineering, and state estimation across engineering, safety, autonomy, hardware, and field operations.

You’ll drive planning, risk management, and validation plans spanning simulation and on-site testing, ensuring traceability and release readiness as we scale to new machine types

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of technical program management experience in safety-critical or high-integrity domains.
• Robotics, autonomous systems, or physical-world safety-critical domain experience.
• Familiarity with functional safety standards (ISO 26262 / IEC 61508).
• Strong analytical skills in statistics and reliability metrics.
• Ability to distill risks into actionable plans for engineers and executives.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs under ambiguity.
• Startup experience and ability to build scalable structure.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Own planning and execution for safety and systems portions of the autonomy roadmap.
• Ensure hazard analysis, validation evidence, and release readiness.
• Develop and maintain validation plans for simulation and field tests.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across systems, hardware, software, and safety.
• Lead program reviews, risk management, and reporting for stakeholders.
• Translate field signals into prioritized engineering work.
