Responsibilities

• Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulations.
• Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Lead safety training sessions and educate employees on best practices.
• Monitor use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Maintain safety records, logs, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in emergency preparedness planning and response drills.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve safety culture.
• Track safety performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Monthly collection of storm water and reporting to plan.

Qualifications
