Job summary

Pump Reliability Solutions, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Safety Coordinator to drive our Behavior-Based Safety culture, manage a structured inspection program, and own our safety training and LMS.

You will contribute with 1–4 years of safety/EHS experience, perform field work and desk-based program administration, and assist with OSHA recordkeeping and safety audits to strengthen our compliance and safety performance.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in safety, EHS, or compliance/inspection.
• Comfortable both in the field and behind a desk running programs.
• BBS, LMS administration, or safety audit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and run a Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) program across our operations.
• Design and conduct recurring workplace inspections; track corrective actions to closure.
• Audit existing safety programs against OSHA and industry standards.
• Administer our Learning Management System (LMS) and training compliance.
• Support incident investigations and regulatory recordkeeping (OSHA 300, etc.).
