As a growing provider of precision millwright services—including equipment installation, maintenance, and overhaul for turbines, compressors, pumps, gearboxes, motors, and generators,we prioritize the safety and well‑being of our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Safety Policies: Create, update, and enforce comprehensive safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify potential hazards and implement mitigation strategies to prevent incidents.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing safety training and resources to all employees, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Incident Investigation: Lead thorough investigations of any safety incidents, analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in occupational health and safety management, preferably within industrial settings.
