Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. (EPD) is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support the execution and continuous improvement of our Safety Management System.

Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will maintain safety documentation, assist with OSHA compliance, coordinate training, and support contractor safety processes while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in safety, environment, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in safety, compliance, manufacturing, or industrial support.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and administration of safety programs.
• Maintain safety documents, policies, procedures, and records.
• Assist with OSHA compliance, audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and safety matrices.
• Support contractor safety onboarding, qualification, and documentation.
• Participate in incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Promote safety culture and cross‑functional collaboration.
